Danny missed out in his attempts to progress further in the GP Qualifying rounds in St Johann in Austria on Saturday night.

Whilst most of the Speedway public had their eyes on the British Grand Prix at Cardiff, Danny's eyes were firmly placed on getting through this round of the GP Qualifications in the first of the rounds this weekend at St Johann in Austria.  The second of this weekend's rounds takes place in Croatia on Sunday night.

Danny said "I had a night to forget tonight, I just didn't ride well as I know I can do.  In fact, I rode like an amateur! Unfortunately, thats it for me in the GP series this year but I have to look at the positives.  I still have plenty of time ahead of me and I just have to try harder next year."
