After suffering a chest injury riding in Sweden, Danny is back on the bike and has come back in great form.

His first ride back was pairing up with brother Jason in the Ipswich Anglian Pairs Event.  Scoring 19, he finished 3rd behind winners Chris Schramm and Shane Parker and second place pairing Troy Batchelor and Joe Haines.

Danny then rode for Ipswich in the away visit to the Poole Pirates.  Although Ipswich lost, Danny scored a very reputable 9 + 1.  Danny's last outing was just last night when the Witches saw off the Belle Vue Aces to move up the Elite Leage table.  Danny was unbeaten by an opposing rider and scored a paid maximum with 10 points and 2 bonus points.

Danny said "Its good to be back, especially coming back with some pretty good form.  I was a little bit sore after my first ride in the Pairs event but then at Poole and again Ipswich last night it felt a little bit easier.  I am still a bit stiff today but a few more rides behind me and I should be back to full fitness".

Danny's next meeting is next Thursday at home to table toppers Swindon.
