Danny King and his team would like to wish all his sponsors, mechanics, his fans in the UK, Sweden and Poland and of course his family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year in 2012.
Over the past few weeks Danny has signed a new contract with Sky Sports Elite League Midlands outfit Birmingham Brummies in the UK as well as being made Captain for the 2012 season. The Brummies kick-off their season with a Midland League clash at Perry Barr on Thursday 22nd March at 7.30pm. Before that, the annual Ben Fund meeting for the Speedway Riders Benevolent Fund takes place in Birmingham on Sunday 11th March at 5pm and Danny is sure to feature in that now traditional season opener on the shale.
He has also signed a contract with Vastervik on the East Coast in Sweden for the 2012 Elitserien campaign and is looking forward to his meetings out there which start on Tuesday 1st May when they play host to Valsarna from Hagfors, who are based North West of Stockholm. Every week a Swedish meeting is covered on the Premier Sports channel on Sky so look out for Danny in 2012 when his Vastervik team are on their live transmissions.
